A pair of spring-loaded wire cutters.

Wire cutters do just what the name implies: they cut wires. The jaws do not overlap like scissors due, making it better suited to cutting stiffer materials like wires and thin metal, but ill suited to more flexible surfaces like paper or cloth. Wire cutters can be found separately, but are also often integrated into needle nose pliers just before the joint, especially in the case of multitools.
